Product Innovation Award for Asbestos Alert From Building Solutions UK

Alert Technology are happy to share that we were presented with a Product Innovation award by construction industry press Building Solutions UK for the Asbestos ALERT at the recent Contamination Expo.

This recognition from the construction industry was a great end to a really positive show in which Asbestos ALERT received high levels of interest and had one of the busiest stands at the show. Dr Chris Stopford from the University of Hertfordshire gave a very well attended seminar on the science behind Alert’s technology which generated a lot of interest.

Alert has now come away with a database of even more potential new customers from individual end users to large scale industry players. The overwhelming response was that the contamination, remediation and demolition industries are keen to be early adopters of new disruptive technology. We made numerous contacts from the environmental, remediation, demolition, lab analysis and facilities management sectors many of whom were interested in taking part in further field trials. The show also generated interest from future potential distributors, complimentary services and also a few potential investors!
